Sometimes, we need to set a default answer value that should already be pre-filled when the form is opened by the user. In this article, we will guide you on How to set default answer values in Google Forms using the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on.

Prerequisite: Install & Setup Pretty Forms Designer Addon on your Google form, if not already done. Then open the Pretty Form Designer.

Please follow the below steps to Set Default Values for a form.

1. Step 1: Select a question item, and fill its default answer value or choice. And then click on the Options icon button for the selected question item.

2. Step 2: Click on the “Set Filled Value as Default Answer Value”, this will set the filled answer to the default value for the selected question.

3. Step 3: To read about what default value was set, click on the “Fill from Default Answer Value”, this will fill the answer from the default value.
