How to start using Pretty Forms Designer?
Pretty Forms Designer is a Google Forms Add-on, which helps you to design your existing Google Forms more beautifully. It also provides many features like multi-language forms, adding conditional logic, and maths to Google Forms, and a lot more to enhance your Google Forms. To start using Pretty Forms, please follow the steps:
  1. Install the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on from the Google Marketplace.
  2. Open a Google Form.
  3. Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu.
  4. Select a form theme & Setup Form Designer for the form.
  5. Now Form Designer is open, start to customize your form.

How to add Math Equations in Google Forms?
You can add Math Equations, or Symbols in Google Forms using Pretty Forms Designer. To add equations in a Google Form, please follow the steps:
  1. Open a Google Form.
  2. Install the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on from the Google Marketplace Add-ons store, if not installed yet.
  3. Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu.
  4. When Forms Designer is opened, Click on the Settings button in the top bar.
  5. Enable writing equations or formulas in the form.
  6. Click on a question and click the "New Equation" button, It will insert an equation in the question, and you can edit the added equation using the equation editor.

How to customize the Other option in Google Forms?
You can change the “Other” option text of Multiple Choice and Checkboxes type Questions in Google Forms. To customize the Other option, please follow the steps:
  1. Open a Google Form.
  2. Install the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on from the Google Marketplace Add-ons store, if not installed yet.
  3. Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu.
  4. Click on the Other option choice text you want to change.
  5. Change the Other option text to the new text, you would see the Other option is now changed.

How to add a table in google forms?
You can add tables in the questions of Google Forms. To add a table, please follow the steps:
  1. Open a Google Form.
  2. Install the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on from the Google Marketplace Add-ons store, if not installed yet.
  3. Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu.
  4. Create a table in any HTML editor or you can use a Google spreadsheet to create a table.
  5. Select the created table and copy the table using Ctrl+C or Cmd+C on mac.
  6. Click on the question title or description, where you want to insert that table.
  7. Paste the table using Ctrl+V or Cmd+V on mac.
  8. You would see the table is now added to your form.

How to change the placeholder text in a Google Form?
You can change the placeholder text of the text Answer fields in Google Forms. To change the placeholder text, please follow the steps:
  1. Open a Google Form.
  2. Install the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on from the Google Marketplace Add-ons store, if not installed yet.
  3. Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu.
  4. Click on the form answer field, and click on the “Placeholder text” button from the top controls bar.
  5. Change the Placeholder text and click on the Update button.
  6. You would see the placeholder text is now updated to the new text.

Multi-Language Forms
How to create a multi-language form in Google Forms?
Pretty Forms Designer provides you to create a single form with different language support. To create a google form in multiple languages, please follow the steps:
  1. Open a Google Form. Add your default language form content.
  2. Install the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on from the Google Marketplace Add-ons store, if not installed yet.
  3. Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu.
  4. When Forms Designer is opened, Click on the Settings button in the top bar.
  5. Click on Enable Multi-language support. Set the default language and add Additional Languages, save the settings.
  6. Change language in the multi-language dropdown. Add the form content in the selected language.

How to align form text from right To left in Google Forms?
You can align the form content from right To left in Google Forms using Pretty Forms Designer. This is used if the form content is written in the RTL languages like Hebrew, and Arabic. To align text from right to left in a Google Form, please follow the steps:
  1. Open a Google Form.
  2. Install the Pretty Forms Designer Add-on from the Google Marketplace Add-ons store, if not installed yet.
  3. Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu.
  4. When Forms Designer is opened, Click on the Settings button in the top bar.
  5. Click on General Settings. Click on Enable Form to a Right-to-Left Direction, and save the settings.
  6. You would see the form is now displayed from right to left direction.
