Prerequisite: Install & Setup Pretty Forms Designer Addon on your Google form, if not already done. Then open the Pretty Form Designer.
Please follow the below steps to make multiple choices horizontal or row-aligned in Google Forms.
- Click on a multiple-choice field to select multiple choices. Click on the “Choice Field Choices Group Layout” icon button from the header toolbar.
- In the opened “Choices Group Layout” popup, select the "Row (Align Horizontal)" option to align choices horizontally.
Pretty Forms Designer offers many predefined designs to change the look of multiple-choice questions.
Let’s change the design of the existing Google Form’s multiple-choice design.
Step 1: Click on a multiple-choice question to select it. Once selected, click on the “Options for item” icon button for the selected item.
Step 2: Click on the “Choices Design” from the list of options shown. This will show the predefined choice designs.
Step 3: Select a design & change the styles if required from the right side pane. And click “Apply This Design”.
This will apply the chosen design to the selected multiple-choice question.
Finally, Save your form and click the “Preview” button to check your form.
